When we make a Purchase, we used to recieve the Receipt Note for the Products for which we ordered. Once we receive the Receipt Note, we need to make Note in our system.

To create a new Receipt Note, click on Inventory -> Receipt Note as shown below
In the below screen, click on + New Receipt Note as shown below
The below screen appears, feed in the details, click on =Calc Total and click on Create as shown below
The below screen appears on successful creation
